1-250 Items = 5 Business Days
250-400 Items = 10 Business Days
400-750 = 10-15 Business Days
750+ Items = 21+ Business Days
Piece count is per placement. If a garment has more than 1 logo being placed on it, multiply your piece count accordingly.

1. Stitch counts more than 10,000 may affect delivery times on larger orders. We will inform you if this is the case.
2. If you are running a new program, please ensure that we have a copy of it.
3. Pre-production sew outs and approval may delay production.
4. Certain threads colours may not be immediately available from our suppliers.
5. Any colour that we do not carry in our regular stock may also delay production. A surcharge to order and carry new thread stock will be implemented.
